Can I fundraise and have a payment plan?

Absolutely! Pair fundraising with your payment plan—most travelers do! Once you secure your spot with a deposit, you’ll get an endorsement letter and full access to our Fundraising Toolkit, packed with 50+ tips and strategies from past travelers.

What's with the deposit?

A $595 deposit is required to secure your spot on a GIVE trip. Additional $295 deposits apply for trip add-ons. All deposits come off your total trip cost and are transferable and good for life!

What if i don't have the full deposit right now?

Just put down what you can! Start with as little as $90 to “Fundraise for Your Deposit!” We’ll support you with proven strategies to raise the rest. Once you reach the full $595 deposit, your spot is officially secured.

Are there any additional fees?

Nope, there are no fees or interest with any of our payment plan options (note: paying in full may include a 2.9% processing fee charged by the online payment platform)

What payment methods can I use for payment plans?

Pay in full:

Book Now, Pay Later:

What if I need to cancel?

We understand life happens, and our cancellation policy supports that. Your deposit (and payments made through our payment plan options) are good for life, so if you need to cancel, let us know, and we’ll hold the funds to use on any future trip. The one requirement is timely communication: you must inform us of any trip cancellations at least 80 days before your trip starts to avoid late fees. Is there a deadline to pay my trip deposit?

Trip spots are on a first-come, first-served basis and will fill up quickly! So, we don’t have a specific deadline for putting down your deposit. That said, we often hear volunteers say they wish they’d put their deposit down sooner to get their preferred dates! It’s better to secure your spot sooner rather than later. Select your trip dates in your GVE profile, and remember, you can put down a minimum of $90 to start fundraising for your deposit! Once we receive your full deposit, your spot is reserved.
