 Panama Add-On Itinerary

 Trip Length: 10 Days (Additional Travel After Costa Rica Program)

Day 1

Gandoca Village

Learn what it means to truly immerse yourself and unite with a remote Caribbean Community, with intent and impact. Here in Gandoca village, GIVE has a partnership, not steeped in saviorism, but aligned in our mission to better this community through responsible travel.  Teach english and plant edible forests with the local students. Just by traveling here with GIVE you are providing income and opportunity throughout the Gandoca community.

Days 2-4

Responsible Travel in Gandoca

In Gandoca you will stay with local families in homestays and participate in their way of life while exploring lagoons, beaches, and rainforests. Each participant is given a bike to explore and learn the local secret spots.

Days 5

Bocas Del Toro Islands

Continue your adventure by walking into Panama, and taking a boat to the Caribbean islands of Bocas Del Toro. Explore colorful Bocas town before we escaping to our remote island beach. 

Day 6

Relax in Paradise

Relax and unwind island style on white sand beaches and turquoise water or venture into the forest to find dart frogs and sloths. Nightly fires on the Beach!

Days 7-8

Island Hopping

Spend the whole day boating to untouched islands, snorkeling on coral reefs, and watching dolphins at sunset. End the day with a Caribbean dinner on the beach. Day 8 take a quick flight to Panama City.

Days 9-10

Panama City, Panama Canal

Welcome to Panama City home to the iconic Panama Canal.  Explore the vibrant old town of Casco Viejo. Before our final goodbyes and departure home.
